Club Structure

Halton Hawks FC is built on a strong and intentional foundation led by founders Toni Marin and Vasco Nunes. With decades of combined experience in youth and professional soccer development, their vision continues to guide the club’s growth and operational excellence.

Our club structure is designed to ensure seamless coordination across all areas of player development, coaching, and administration. We are supported by a Technical Advisory Board composed of experienced professionals who oversee the strategic direction of our soccer programs.

 

This is complemented by a knowledgeable and dedicated operational and administrative team that manages day-to-day activities with efficiency and professionalism.

At Halton Hawks FC, our structure is intentionally free from the internal politics and conflicts of interest that often affect larger youth organizations. Instead, we maintain a player-first culture that prioritizes development, integrity, and transparency.

A key pillar of our club's structure is our official partnership with S.C. Farense of Portugal. This international relationship connects our players and staff to a professional European club environment, enabling access to elite training methodologies, scouting opportunities, and ongoing technical exchange.

Our well-organized structure allows us to deliver consistent, high-quality programs that help players grow—both as athletes and individuals—within a disciplined, supportive, and professional setting.
